Polène offers a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for all items in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is found to be defective.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the item in its original dust bag and protective box, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Print your generated return authorization form, include it inside the parcel, and ship the package using a tracked carrier of your choice to our logistics center.
Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
